Delete it yourself
Deleting your account takes a few taps and needs nobody’s approval:
- In the Proxima app — Account → Delete account.
- In the dashboard — Account → Danger zone → Delete my account.
Either way you’ll be shown, by name, which workspaces are retired along with your account — the ones you’re the only owner of — and which simply carry on without you. Then you type a short confirmation phrase, and it’s done: your sign-in identities are released, your connected accounts are disconnected and their tokens revoked, and you’re signed out everywhere.
If you can’t sign in
Lost access to the account you want deleted? Send a deletion request to support@proximadroids.com from the email address on your Proxima account. That address is how we confirm the request is really yours.
Include in the message:
- The email address (or Discord / Telegram / Apple / Google identity) you sign in with.
- Whether you want your whole account deleted, or just one workspace.
What happens to your data
- An emailed request gets a reply within one business day, to confirm it came from you. A deletion you run yourself needs no confirmation beyond the one you typed.
- Your account, your workspaces, your droids, your chats, and every connected-app credential are hard-deleted within 7 days. Connected accounts are disconnected and their tokens revoked immediately.
- Encrypted backups roll over within 30 days, after which nothing remains.
- We keep only what the law requires us to keep — billing records for tax purposes, and anonymized aggregate usage counts that can no longer be traced to you.
Deleting a single workspace
Keeping your account but losing one workspace is its own control, for the workspace’s owner. In the dashboard, open the workspace, then Settings → Danger zone → Retire this workspace; in the app, Workspace settings → Danger zone. The same 7-day hard-delete and 30-day backup window apply. Full detail lives in the Privacy Policy.
